The parish was officially formed by Deed of Formation 2 July 1965 by Howard Hewlett. Parish was defined as "that portion of the town of Tuxedo and the City of Winnipeg within the boundaries commencing at a point where the West side of Dorchester Street intersects the Assiniboine River, thence south to Wilkes Avenue, thence Westerly to the Western boundary of the Town of Tuxedo thence north along that boundary to intersect the Assiniboine River and thence along the Assiniboine River to the point of commencement." No church was ever built, although property was optioned at "Lots 20 to 23 inclusive, in Block 3, which lots are shewn on a plan of survey of part of River lots 14 to 16 of the Parish of St Charles, registered in the Winnipeg Land Titles Office as No. 8187." It was originally planned that the church would serve Anglicans in south Winnipeg, and the parish functioned as a time under The Rev John Whortley using various sites in the area, and later a relationship was formed with St Luke's. Services shut down in May, 1976.
