Administrative history

Wingham United Church existed in the Manitoba community of Wingham, located south of Carman, from 1925 to 1966. Wingham was a preaching point of the Elm Creek Union Church prior to 1925, and with Culross, belonged to the Elm Creek Pastoral charge at the time of Union in 1925. Rev. J.W. Ridd presided at that time. Wingham was part of the Elm Creek charge until 1967. Wingham United Church officially closed on September 18, 1966 and amalgamated with Elm Creek United Church.
