Biographical history
Thomas Campion Watterson (1888-1973) was involved in the 1959 creation of the monument at the Seton Wayside Park east of Carberry, Manitoba on Trans Canada Highway. He was born in Birmingham, England and died in Carberry. Watterson married Ella Kathleen. He had moved to Carberry Plains in 1904. Watterson was active in the Anglican Church and helped formed the Golden Age Club. Further biographical information is unknown.
Custodial history
Records have been transferred to the Carberry Plains Archives in 1988 by the Carberry Plains Museum which received them from Ella Watterson, of [Carberry].

Fonds consists of notes on scraps of paper which describe Ernest Thompson Seton and other European settlers.
