Thomas Roy Bailey (1915-) was Reeve for the Rural Municipality of North Cypress between 1971-1975. He married Nora Elizabeth Froom (19-?]-1986) in 1941, and later married Edith (Oliver) Ranson in 1988. His parents were an unnamed woman and Thomas S. Bailey of the Prosser District. He was honoured as Mr. Manitoba Farmer in 1967. In 1970 his farm was visited by members of the Royal family. Further biographical information is unknown.
