Biographical history
All Saints, Scotch Bay was built in 1938 on land deeded by Mr Edmund Fleming Watson. The church was consecrated 1 October 1939 by Archbishop M M Harding. Scotch Bay was closely associated with St John, Eriksdale during its history and was supplied mostly by Bishop's Messengers and student clergy. By the late 1960s the church was no longer being used regularly for services. In 1969 it was moved to Fisherton and rededicated as St John's Church. The cemetery at Scotch Bay is still maintained by the community.
