Biographical history

H.M. 1981 Builder/All Round. A top rower like his father Conrad (H.M. 1982) he competed until the War broke out. After the war he became the president of the Winnipeg Football club and was responsible for the building of the stadium and the "old barn" hockey arena. Riley served as President of the Winnipeg Enterprises Corporation which oversaw both venues. Riley was also president of the Pan Am games committee in 1967.
