Biographical history

Rev. W. Holmes conducted a Junior Choir from about 1934 to 1940. Many of the members of the Junior Choir would later join the Senior Choir. When Rev. Holmes left in 1940, Mrs. Jean Crittall took charge of the Junior Choir. The number of Junior Choir members diminished during the Second World War, and eventually the Junior and Senior Choirs were combined. Mrs. Sylvia Benser reinstated the Junior Choir in 1977.
