The Barbara Cook fonds includes the following series: an Alumni questionnaire [1993]; Dance Collection Dance article (2015); and obituary and funeral service bulletin (2017).

This material relates to Margaret's position as dietician in at the Deer Lodge Veteran's Hospital. Included are medical record, charts, postcards and correspondance, staffing materials and the Deer Lodge newsletter.

Fonds consists of photocopies of the incorporation papers of the Carberry Plains District Health Centre (1987), addition opening programme (1964), a scrapbook of minutes, articles, clippings of the hospital and personal care home (1946-1965), debenture register (1969-1980), Auxiliary historical scrapbook as well as minute and financial book (1948-1974),and treasurer's book (Oct. 1, 1966 to November 30, 1999), hospital minutes (1948-1984). Twenty coloured and 31 black and white photographs show cornerstone laying (1948), Board members, interior of hospital, staff, building before and after additions. Accession 2008.13 is a coloured photograph of Harry Gregory Finch, hospital administrator from 1964 to 1985.

The materials contained in the Margaret Pugh series consist of biographical material, her records relating to the Home Economics and Agriculture Department at the University of Manitoba, her subsequent career as a dietitian and employment as such at various hospitals including Deer Lodge Veterans Hospital. A large collection of cookbooks, recipes and research related to nutrition and health are included in the series. Margaret's hobbies and interests in collecting postcards and traveling are reflected in the materials.

Fonds consists of black and white photographs showing the church (undated), the Women's Auxiliary, and the Women's Missionary Society. Textual material is a calendar with a picture of the church.

Collection consists of an anonymous photocopied history of the Sidney United Church as well as correspondence and minutes regarding its closure. Includes booklet on Ellesmere Sunday School (1908).

Personal notes from Margaret's internship at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal. Additionally are newsletters from the hospital.

Series 1 consists of records created and/or received by the Carberry Plains Archives in the course of its management, including plans, policies, procedures, correspondence, funding applications, and financial statements.Of note are the photographs on the Memories Fashion Show fund-raiser held in 1999

Fonds consists of minute books (1891-1971), a minute book from the Ladies Aid of the Wellwood Presbyterian Church (1939-1967), news clipping of the affiliate organisation, in London, Ontario, the Women's Missionary Society's 75th anniversary (1989), church bulletin (1989), past presidents list. Includes three black and white photographs and one coloured photograph showing women.
