Fonds consists of photocopies of the incorporation papers of the Carberry Plains District Health Centre (1987), addition opening programme (1964), a scrapbook of minutes, articles, clippings of the hospital and personal care home (1946-1965), debenture register (1969-1980), Auxiliary historical scrapbook as well as minute and financial book (1948-1974),and treasurer's book (Oct. 1, 1966 to November 30, 1999), hospital minutes (1948-1984). Twenty coloured and 31 black and white photographs show cornerstone laying (1948), Board members, interior of hospital, staff, building before and after additions. Accession 2008.13 is a coloured photograph of Harry Gregory Finch, hospital administrator from 1964 to 1985.

The materials contained in the Margaret Pugh series consist of biographical material, her records relating to the Home Economics and Agriculture Department at the University of Manitoba, her subsequent career as a dietitian and employment as such at various hospitals including Deer Lodge Veterans Hospital. A large collection of cookbooks, recipes and research related to nutrition and health are included in the series. Margaret's hobbies and interests in collecting postcards and traveling are reflected in the materials.
