Biographical history
Patricia Louise Hume was born June 6, 1935 in Kelowna, British Columbia, where she began her dance training at the age of eleven. She later won a scholarship to The Canadian School of Ballet and joined the Winnipeg Ballet in 1952 as a member of the corps de ballet. She also performed in Theatre Under The Stars in Vancouver during the summer. She left Winnipeg for Vancouver in 1955 and eventually settled in Washington. She married Frederick Green on April 23, 1976. Patricia Green passed away on October 3, 1997 in Quilcene, Washington.
Custodial history
The records of Patricia Hume held at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet were collected by the Alumni Association.

The Patricia Hume fonds includes the following series: biographical information [1954]; newspaper clippings (1955); and an alumni questionnaire (1991).
