Scope and content

These oral histories were a continuation of the Sam Waller Museum’s initial multi-year oral history project conducted under curator Sharain Jones. It was felt that there were more stories out there in the community and additional community members were approached to share their memories. Sub-series consists of oral histories compiled by the Sam Waller Museum in 2009 – 2010. Records include paper transcripts, minidisks and CDs of interviews. Participants in these oral histories include Jack and Blanche Johnson, Bob Garand, Keith and Joyce Molyneaux, Gladys Thorne, Doreen Duncan, Lois McMurchy, Jack and Isabel Halcrow, Harry Ferland and Edward Lavalee.
