Biographical history

It originally was a Presbyterian preaching point of the Rossburn charge starting in the early 1900's. The name does not appear in conference records until 1934 when Rev. R.C. Todd was the minister. It was listed as a separate charge, although during its existence it was also associated with the Shoal Lake Pastoral charge, and was usually served only by student ministers in the summer months. A church may have been built in 1938, but Kelloe does not appear in any records after 1943. Minutes from the Shoal Lake Official Board state that in 1945 Kelloe asked to join the Shoal Lake Pastoral charge. Kelloe disappeared from conference records in 1952.
