Fonds consists of a history of the church written by Norris Mills, who compiled information from 1980 onward, and written for the period prior to that by Reverend Donald Mitchell. Includes names of Pastors since 1930 as well as long-term volunteers.

Fonds consists of planning and development studies (1978, 1981), financial reports (1979-1990), building permits for both Carberry (1967-1989) and the Rural Municipality of North Cypress (1974-1989), Analysis of Population Change (1978), management plans for separate areas concerning Crown Land Use, ground water availability, heritage resources, paleo-indian archaeological sites, construction and histories of individual buildings. Some reports include 58 black and white photographs, mostly copies from the Provincial Archives of Manitoba.

Fonds consists of photographs of Deer Range School: one black and white (1970), one colour (1992), and a school history. History describes Deer Range School #922 as being founded in 1898 to provide educational services to children of the Deer Range district of Manitoba up to Grade Nine. It was closed to students in 1959 when declining enrollment prompted children to be sent to schools in Edrans and Firdale, Manitoba, and dissolved in 1966. Family history lists significant dates for members, beginning with Lucretia Martha (Seaman) Smith.

Collection consists of correspondence, a family history compiled by Laureen Zimmerman assisted by Judith Moffatt of Cambridge, Ontario, a postcard showing Main Street in Edrans which was given to Moffatt by Frances Lowe of Austin, Manitoba, certificate inducting his mother Kate Moffatt into the Manitoba Order of the Crocus. Includes black and white photographs of Brookdale thrashing unit (1907), old-time reunion in Carberry (1927), and Firdale School students and teachers (ca. 1900). The detailed family history begins in 1799 and refers to Ontario and Scottish historical roots. Material on Edrans School includes 3 black and white photographs of the old and new schools. Also includes minutes and financial statements of the Firdale Ball Club (1931-1935).
