The collection consists of material belonging to the Coldwell-Marsden family. The material contains 79 reprints of photographs taken in Manitoba, British Columbia, and Ontario. The majority of the photographs are of family members and other relations. There are photographs of George R. and Annie Coldwell's family, as well as of Phoebe Jane Coldwell and George W. Marsden's family. These include photographs of their children and grandchildren. Also included in this collection are photographs of written notes (addresses, labels, etc.), as well as of furniture previously belonging to the G.R. Coldwell family of Brandon. There is one map included in the collection. It is a 1928 copy of a plan for the city of Brandon originally drawn up in 1882. Items in this collection are described in detail at the individual level in the Daly House Museum database.

The collection consists of a photograph and negative of a barn-raising bee in Thornhill, Manitoba and a photograph and negative of the interior of a livery barn in Thornhill, Manitoba, possibly belonging to a farmer named Brentwood or Broadbent.

The collection contains programs and scripts of plays presented by Brandon Little Theatre; a 1934 program of the Dominion Drama Festival, Manitoba Region; and a scrapbook of newspaper clippings and publications pertaining to Brandon Little Theatre, Brandon Art Club, and Helen McGregor.

The fonds consists of correspondence, newspaper clippings, photographs pertaining to topics that Kaye Covered as a journalist. Some of the fonds belonged to her husband G.R. Rowe. These files include textual records and newspaper clippings on the Liberal Party of Canada, and Manitoba Teachers Society. The collection is comprised primarily of photographs from the early Brandon Hills farming community. These photographs include Rev. George Roddick’s farm, Henry Dunbar’s threshing outfit, Robert Dunbar, and a school house. The collection also includes a photograph of the 1st Battalion Canadian Mounted Rifles from the First World War.

This fonds contains documents found in the front of the Yeo family bible. Material includes a death notice for Miss Mary Yeo from 1910, a birth notice for Ryan Goulding Rolsen from 1989, Mary Yeo's membership certificate with the Methodist Church from 1897, and the marriage certificate of Charles Sidney Yeo and Charlotte S. Farley from 1904.
