The fonds consists of three series: Series 1: Manitoba College Women's Auxiliary, 1920-1932; Series 2: Women's Auxiliary of United College, 1936-1966; University of Winnipeg Women's Auxiliary, 1945-2004. All series contain minutes, membership lists (including church representatives), reports, financial records, correspondence, and related records. The University of Winnipeg series also includes obituary notices for some members (1979-1987), as well as miscellaneous prayers, song sheets, newsclippings and historical notes.

Three Rolls of Honour listing the names of Manitoba, Wesley, and United students and faculty who participated in the First and Second World Wars. The Manitoba College Roll of Honour lists the names of Manitoba College students and faculty who took part in the First World War. It is attributed to Lionel LeMoine FitzGerald and features gilded lettering. The Wesley College Roll of Honour lists the names of Wesley College students and faculty who took part in the First World War. It was created by Lionel LeMoine FitzGerald and features a watercolour of Wesley College. The United College Roll of Honour lists the names of several students and faculty who were killed in action during the Second World War. The creator is unknown and it is an incomplete listing of names.

Arthur L. Phelps Papers

The papers are arranged into three series, which includes scripts from his CBC radio broadcasts, correspondence and newspaper clippings, and an audio cassette tape. The first series includes scripts from his CBC radio broadcasts from 1940 to 1962. In his broadcasts he discussed a diversity of subject matter, including his perception of Canadian culture and his generation. He discussed women’s rights and racism, the role of religion in culture, and Canadian and provincial identity among a myriad of topics. The second series includes newspaper clippings and correspondence from 1910 to 1960, which includes an article about Phelps becoming a United College fellow, and letters from the CBC to A.D. Longman about obtaining scripts of Phelps’ broadcasts. The third series contains one audio cassette, Saps Running, by Phelps.

A.S. Cummings Papers

The papers are divided into two series, including the manuscript for A History of Wesley College written by Cummings, and miscellaneous papers. The first series contains the handwritten manuscript--often written on the backs of meeting minutes and class lists--for Cummings history of Wesley College published in 1938. His manuscript details the history of the college from the 1880s until the 1930s. The second series consists of miscellaneous papers, including the draft of the table of contents for his book, and lists of award recipients.

Andrew Stewart Papers

The papers are arranged into three series, including personal files, charters of various student organizations, and financial records related to students and Wesley College. The first series consists of Stewart’s family tree (c. 1925) and handwritten articles, including “The Problem of the City,” “The Real Origin of Missionary Work,” and “The Position of the Prophet in the State.” The second series consist of copies of the first edition of VOX Wesleyana published in January 1897, and the founding charters for a number of student organizations in Wesley College, including Debating Society, Y.W.C.A., Dramatic Society, VOX Wesleyana, Athletic Associations, Constitution of the Student Body of Wesley College, and the W.S.A., which likely date to c. 1897. The third series consists of financial records related to students at Wesley College from 1899 to 1915, and includes a Treasurer’s Book of the Educational Fund, Manitoba and North-West Conference of the Methodist Church.

B. Harold Stinson fonds

The fonds consists of an album comprised of photographs depicting B. Harold Stinson's time as a student at Wesley College, including athletic activities such as curling, soccer, track and field and hockey, and photographs of his personal life outside the University such as trips and home activities. The souvenirs within the album relate to the student activities in which Stinson participated including ticket stubs and programs.
