This series is comprised of the personal diaries written by Sam Waller while posted at Moose Factory, as well as several travel diaries, spanning periodically from 1930 to 1970. This series also has several access photocopies of the Waller diaries.

This series consists of sermons, sermonettes, sermons in Cree syllabic and notes written by Sam Waller.

This sub-series consists of notes on correspondents, correspondent’s addresses, and notes on Cedar Lake, biographies, prayers and miscellaneous religious subjects.

This sub-series contains notes compiled and written by Sam Waller on the Little Northern Museum, including a museum description by Eva Calverley, accessions to the museum collections, including the natural history and human history collections, loan forms, organisation and the vertical files list.

This series consists of all the museum records and legal documentation pertaining to Sam Waller and the Little Northern Museum accumulated and created by Sam Waller from 1944 to 1978.

This sub-series consists of general legal documentation relating to Sam Waller, from 1944 – 1978, including wills and passports.

This sub-series contains various travel brochures, passenger lists for cruises, brochures for the Canadian Pacific Railway, British Railways, and even a programme for the London Palladium.

The fonds consists of the administrative and operational records of the Town of The Pas from its incorporation in 1912 to the most recently accessioned town records from 1999 (a few maps are from 1909). Administrative and operational records include financial records, town council records, minutes, by-laws, ledgers, reports, correspondence, planning records, agreements, court records, departmental records, library records, planning records for commemorative anniversaries, receipts, Emergency Measures Organization (EMO) records, maps and plans. The Town of The Pas records contain a nearly complete set of documents which are mandated for permanent retention according to the Retention and Disposition of Municipal Records regulation, under the Municipal Act. In addition, some other non-mandated records have been retained because of their inherent, historical, or other interest.

Sub-series consists of collectors’ rolls from 1912 – 1959 that identify property values, tax rates, and other relevant information for collecting taxes. Also includes collectors’ rolls for The Pas School District from 1932 – 1937, business tax rolls from 1923, 1931 and 1933, tax rolls from 1967 – 1971 and municipal tax rolls from 1982 – 1988.

Sub-series consists of tax sale records for the Town of The Pas from 1915 – 1936 that identify properties sold by the Town of The Pas to recover unpaid taxes. For additional information on tax sale records from 1933 – 1987 see series 5.1 Correspondence.
