Fonds consists of lists of entrants to competitions (1969-1990 not inclusive) and four minute books (1969-2005), as well as a scrapbook "Looking Back at the Carberry Horticultural Society" covering the society's activities from 1969 to 2003, two printed reports of the Manitoba Horticultural Association's annual conventions in 1977 & 1979, and a handmade banner for the Horticultural Society used in its annual flower shows; one silver trophy from Alberta Nurseries and Seeds Ltd.

Collection consists of photographs of Carberry, some of which Joseph Paynter created. Photographs depict inventions by David Kerr, such as the Jones Windstacker, later known as the Carberry Blower attachment to threshing machines at the turn of the century. Photographs show construction of the Lake of the Woods Milling Company, the Maple Leaf Football Team (champions of Manitoba in 1896). Album illustrates family members. One photograph shows students and teacher of Carberry School ([ca. 1905]). Booklet is dated 1903 and is entitled Souvenirs of Carberry. H. H. Allen took some of the photographs, as did E. R. T. Smith, and Davidson. News clippings describe the Windstacker, and marriages.

Fonds consists of 12 black and white photographs showing the Wellwood Baseball Team (1957, 1967), the Thistles Baseball Team, men building a hen house (1924), Wellwood threshing outfits (1912), a sawing bee (1910), Wellwood Girl's Hockey Tea, (1974-1975), a men's hockey team (1958), the Hazel Grove Baseball Team, and a boy's hockey team.

Collection consists of correspondence, a family history compiled by Laureen Zimmerman assisted by Judith Moffatt of Cambridge, Ontario, a postcard showing Main Street in Edrans which was given to Moffatt by Frances Lowe of Austin, Manitoba, certificate inducting his mother Kate Moffatt into the Manitoba Order of the Crocus. Includes black and white photographs of Brookdale thrashing unit (1907), old-time reunion in Carberry (1927), and Firdale School students and teachers (ca. 1900). The detailed family history begins in 1799 and refers to Ontario and Scottish historical roots. Material on Edrans School includes 3 black and white photographs of the old and new schools. Also includes minutes and financial statements of the Firdale Ball Club (1931-1935).

Collection consists of a certificate of 25 years service to William N. Balfour from the Home Insurance Company (1953), Rip Chords programme ([ca. 1944]), Coronation service programme (1953), letterhead for Balfour Insurance. Black and white photographs show Spears Ranch (1948), Balfour and Balfour Gents Furnishing Store, a threshing outfit, other businesses, and travel.

Fonds consists of correspondence, certificates of professional registration, personal journal (1944) and other documents, military records, biographical sketches. Identities of the ladies are: Standing, L to R: Jessie Hannah, Mrs. Nellie Calvert, Agnes Coltart, Isabella Coltart, Clara Knowlden (nee Braden), Mrs. Jane Nish, Mrs. Jessie Graham, Helen Nish, Ellen Cowan, Christine McDonald (owner of Melbourne Store) Front: Vivian McDonald, daughter of Christie McDonald, Ella Elmhirst (Donna Elmhirst on knee), Anna Jean McDonald, Joyce Graham. Also, 14 B&W photos of the John G Brown farmstead, building, family and threshing scenes. Mrs. Brown has written identification and other information on the reverse of the photos
