The fonds consists of an album comprised of photographs depicting B. Harold Stinson's time as a student at Wesley College, including athletic activities such as curling, soccer, track and field and hockey, and photographs of his personal life outside the University such as trips and home activities. The souvenirs within the album relate to the student activities in which Stinson participated including ticket stubs and programs.

The fonds is divided into five series. They include diaries, personal, drawings, sketchbooks and oversize drawings. The fonds consists of letters, personal records, postcards, photocopies of Bruce’s published artwork, 9 notebooks, 7 photographs, 119 sketchbooks, 183 drawings, 51 prints, 109 oversize drawings and prints, 13 negatives of drawings, 3 slides of paintings, 21 colour reversal film of drawings, 42 photographs of drawings, 53 drawing reproductions, 191 news clippings of drawings, 275 oversize reproductions of drawings, 136 oversize magazine clippings of drawings, and 44 oversize reproductions, clippings and photographs of drawings.

Series consists of correspondence so designated by Sister Cornelia Mantyka, Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Winnipeg Archives archivist in the 1980s, and Nick Yakimishyn, archivist from May 1991 to September 1993. There are many cards, congratulations, letters, and postcards, personal and professional, spanning both the vocational and administrative career of Metropolitan Maxim.

The fonds consists of correspondence (including letters of appeal from Poles seeking material aid and correspondence related to the organization and shipment of outgoing goods), receipts showcasing the types of items purchased for shipment abroad, and organizational records such as notes and ledgers tracking the Committee’s activities. The fonds also includes receipts and some financial records of the Polish Women’s Federation a.k.a. Związek Polek in Winnipeg from 1934 to 1939, a photograph, and a small number of personal records of the Rybak Family.
