Series 1 consists of 26 coloured photographs and negatives of buildings, businesses, and the cemetery in Carberry, Manitoba taken by the donor in August 1994. Series 2 consists of 30 black and white and 43 colour family photographs. Series 3 consists of 186 black and white and 221 coloured family photographs. Series 4 consists of 220 black and white and 216 coloured family photographs. Series 5 consists of 65 black and white and 31 coloured family photographs, and Dorothy Beswitherick was the co-author of the history. Family histories include correspondence, news clippings, photographs, genealogies, military records, and land titles. In Series 7, 2 black and white photographs show Sidney Telephone Office (1966, 1967). Included in this series are photocopies from the Sidney Outlook concerning community events, 53 black and white photographs and 33 colour photographs of local people, a Carnival, classes.

Fonds consists of photocopied pages on Mary Ann (Alabaster) Criddle from the 1981 "Index to Artistic Biography", and the 1976 "Dictionnaire Critique et Documentaire des Peintres, Sculpteurs", a list of paintings by Mary Criddle shown with the Royal Academy of Arts between 1837-1848, and a biography. Other textual material includes correspondence, biographical information on the family, Henry Criddle's will, a certificate for Prairie Patron for Alma Criddle, 7 partial maps showing the Aweme area, and an introduction for the Criddle display in Brandon City Hall. Black and white photographs show Norman Criddle, aerial views of St. Alban's, Aweme (1942-1958), Bald Hills and the Punch Bowl of Spruce Woods Provincial Park (1942). Coloured photographs are by Barbara Criddle of an unspecified place taken in 1971 of the Spruce Woods Provincial Park sandhills.

Also includes Alf's garage (1938). Textual material consists of stationary of Crich's bakery, bakery menu signed by RCAF (1940), tribute to Chester Crich (1963), poem by Ron Clarke written about local people in Carberry (1959), clipping when bake shop was sold to Dirk Appel, letter written by Vera M. Davidson to John G. Crich (1959), calling card of Mrs. Chester Crich, "Wartime Souvenir of Carberry" (1942) of Beryl Crich. Slides cover holidays across Canada and in U.S.A., and local events and people. Of special interest are photographs of the Devil's Punch Bowl in Spruce Woods Provincial Park (1929).
