The collection is comprised of material donated to and collected by the Daly House Museum. This is an artificially created collection of archival material that does not belong to a particular collection or fonds held at the Daly House Museum. The collection is divided into the following series:

Materials in the fonds were created by A.E. McKenzie Seed Co. Ltd. The fonds contains items pertaining to the seed business, including catalogues, price lists, advertisements, correspondence, recipes, and information booklets about gardening and farming. There are also four large map boards of different areas in Western Canada. Each item is described in detail at the individual level in the Daly House Museum database.

The fonds consists of materials created and accumulated by the Canadian Order of Foresters, Court Jubilee No. 12 in Brandon, Manitoba from 1948 to 1994. Material includes meeting minutes from 1981 to 1994, which provide information on dates and places of meetings, attendance, treasurer's reports, bills and accounts, committee reports, and society business. The fonds also contains annual reports, membership lists, roll books, and meeting minutes for the organization's provincial and executive branches. Correspondence pertains to donations, fundraising, recreation, inter-branch communication, and other activities. Other materials in the fonds are newsletters, High Court documents, ritual books, financial reports, constitutions, and educational materials for community initiatives.

The collection consists of Kenner family photographs and photographs depicting business and farming activities of John Howard Kenner (1870-1965) at Melita, Manitoba. The fonds also consists of photographs of Pierson General Store owned by William Staples Kenner (1863-1952) in Pierson, Manitoba. There are also photographs of Brandon General Hospital School of Nursing graduates Anna Catherine (McLaren) Kenner (1873-1965) and Miss Christina Macleod (1883-1976). Additionally, the collection contains the 1906 register from the Palace Hotel in Brandon, Catherine Kenner's in the Brandon General Hospital Alumni Association membership certificate, and a meal ticket from the Carleton Cafe in Brandon.

The collection is comprised on photographs of the City of Brandon, Manitoba. Photographs include Brandon schools in 1928, the Brandon City Golf Course and Clubhouse, as well as images relating to Brandon’s 75th Anniversary in 1957. The collection also includes a reprint of a photograph of the SS Marquette riverboat.

The fonds contains materials related to the activities of the Brandon Parent Child Toy Lending Library including newsletters from 1978 to 2000 and the organization's constitution.

The collection contains photographs pertaining to the farming activities of William and Rebecca Hern of Hamiota, Manitoba and their sons in in Togo Saskatchewan. Also included are photographs of a group of Doukhobor women, the Saskatchewan Valley, and an Assyrian immigrant.
