Series is a collection of the St. Agnes Guild constitution, by-laws, and revisions spanning several decades. Outlines and rules for creation and duties of committees, administration, and members as well as standing rules. Content includes individual documents and small booklets.

Newsletters

Series is a collection of newsletters detailing the activities and state of St. Agnes Guild including: membership, Gift Ship, Fall Festival, Books Market, and other associated projects.

President's Records

Series consist of several textual records in the form of correspondence concerning the transfer of records from St. Agnes Guild to the Provincial Archives of Manitoba.

Meeting minutes and reports

Series consists of the bound minutes books created by the St. John's Guild in the course of their business from 1915 until 2010 when the Guild merged with the other Children's Hospital Guilds. Book V (Minutes 1940 - 1951) was found to be missing by M. Fleming, Guild Archivist, some time after 1954.
