This sous-fonds consists of various materials related to the Development and Communication Department of the Winnipeg Art Gallery. Covering areas such as special events, grants and publicity for the gallery.

This series consist of different grants that the Winnipeg Art Gallery has been eligible to apply for such as the Manitoba Arts Council and the Canada Council.

This series consists of documents and records related to special events and publicity acitivities at the Winniepg Art Gallery. The 1971 opening exhibition list can also be located in this collection.

This series consist of various photographs from various sources and artists. There are 16 different folders containing several photographs of original prints, paintings, etc. by artists who probably had some kind of connection either to the Gallery, Manitoba or Winnipeg. The originals do not necessarily belong to the Gallery and are quite often located at such institutions like the National Gallery, Public Archives of Canada, Harvard or the Glenbow Museum. There is usually a description behind the photo of the artist, title, date, medium, original size and remarks of original.
