The sous-fonds reflects the changes and developments in the Department of Nursing from the 1960s until 1973. It is arranged into three series: Administrative, Nursing services and Inservice education.

Sous-fonds consists of records created by the School of Nursing to recruit and orient students as well as provide graduation information. It also contains both formal and informal records created by the students during their time at the School as well as reminiscences collected afterwards. The sous-fonds also contains the yearbooks which were compiled by the students as well as some material related to the proposal to close the school in the 1940s.

Sous-Fonds consists of records related to the functions of the Biomedical Communications department at the Health Sciences Centre. This includes meeting minutes, financial records, documents related to services provided, operations plans, policies, forms, copies of BMC News and documentation related to video creation.

Sous-fonds consists of meeting minutes, Annual Meeting reports, president's remarks, fundraising event reports, by-laws, financial statements, receipts, annual financial reports, fundraising events material, donation records, general event records, correspondence between Guild members and external contacts, photographs, invitations for anniversaries, anniversary planning material, Guild's history, and material pertaining to operations of the Guild.

This sous-fonds contains records related to the creation and running of the Children’s Hospital Guild of Manitoba including meeting minutes, by-laws, incorporation papers, events, membership, promotional materials and records of the Chown Operating Division.

This sous-fonds contains materials detailing the activities of the Children's Hospital Book Market including reports, meeting minutes, financials, history and news clippings, advertising materials, membership and correspondence.

Sous-Fonds consists of Photographs, loose and notebook bound minutes, financial records, membership lists, reports on the Guild's activities, documents relating to fundraising activities, documents detailing the history and major events of the Guild including newspaper clippings, correspondence and records from the Ladies Auxiliary of the Winnipeg Rh Institute and Lt. Melville Wood Guild.
