Ce fonds documente les activités théâtrales du Manitoba français, particulièrement celles du Cercle Molière. On y trouve des coupures de presse, des programmmes et des textes de plusieurs pièces. Le fonds contient aussi une copie du testament de Pauline Boutal et des renseignements généalogiques sur les familles Le Goff et Boutal. On y trouve en outre des écrits d'Arthur Boutal ainsi que de la correspondance avec, entre autres, Gabrielle Roy, Suzanne Tremblay, Christiane Le Goff et Suzanne Deleval. Le fonds contient aussi des écrits et discours composés par Pauline Boutal ainsi que quelques-uns de ses dessins, pastels et peintures. On y trouve de plus des documents concernant les expositions et les honneurs qu'elle a remportés. Les photographies représentent surtout des scènes de pièces montées par le Cercle Molière ainsi que les gens qui ont participé activement aux activités de cet organisme. On y trouve, entre autres, des photos d'Arthur Boutal, de Gabrielle Roy, de Roland Mahé, de Maurice Baudoux, de Joseph Guay et de Suzanne Tremblay. Le fonds contient une série de photos prises lors de la remise de l'Ordre du Canada à Pauline Boutal. On y trouve aussi des photographies de ses oeuvres ainsi que des classes d'arts visuels qu'elle offrait aux jeunes de la communauté manitobaine. Ce fonds documente donc les activités artistiques et littéraires d'une femme et d'une communauté au vingtième siècle.

Le fonds comprend des manuscrits, des notes de recherche et de voyages, des ébauches et des copies de corrections d'épreuve d'oeuvres récentes publiées et non publiées de Roger Léveillé. On a dit de l'écriture de Roger Léveillé qu'il a fait 'éclater les formes réalistes de la fiction qui, jusqu'à la fin des années 1960 ont dominé la prose littéraire du Manitoba français tout comme celle qui se publiait au Canada en dehors du Québec. Roger Léveillé s'est beaucoup intéressé à l'histoire de la littérature franco-manitobaine et a maintenu des relations épistolaires avec plusieurs écrivains ou artistes franco-manitobains dont Paul Savoie, Annette Saint-Pierre, Guy Gauthier, Louis-Philippe Corbeil, Jean-Pierre Dubé, Pauline Morier, Bernard Mulaire et Suzanne Gauthier. Cette correspondance fait partie du fonds. Il a participé aussi à des associations d'écrivains ou d'éditeurs provinciaux et nationaux. Un certain nombre de dossiers documentent cette activité. Roger Léveillé a maintenu des liens étroits avec Louis-Philippe Corbeil (1917-1993). Il a reçu de nombreux textes de ce dernier, dont l'essentiel de son oeuvre poétique, y compris les manuscrits de poèmes publiés aux Éditions du Blé et une partie de sa correspondance personnelle en plus des documents qui font partie de sa succession. Il est dit de Louis-Philippe Corbeil qu'il est le premier des poètes franco-manitobains à vivre et à pratiquer la poésie dans la grande tradition du XIXe siècle. Le fonds comprend des textes de Guy Gauthier (1939- ), romancier, dramaturge et poète natif de Saint-Norbert, Manitoba, qui a fait carrière à New York. Le fonds comprend aussi des textes de Robert Prenovault (1946- ), artiste qui a étudié entre autres, en 1970, les beaux-arts à Regina sous Joe Fafard. On y trouve aussi des textes de Marc Prescott, dramaturge franco-manitobain, et un texte de Denis Combet. On y trouve des dossiers de publication de titres des Éditions du Blé et de Ink Inc. En plus, le fonds comprend les documents de recherche entourant la production d'une émission spéciale de Radio-Canada sur Marie-Anna Adèle Roy. En 2009, des documents ayant appartenus à Jacques Gérard Léveillé, père de Roger Léveillé, ont été ajoutés au fond. L'ensemble de ce fonds documente l'activité des écrivains francophones du Manitoba et de l'édition franco-manitobaine de la deuxième moitié du XXe siècle.

The books, pamphlets and exhibit catalogues were accepted as donations from Mrs. Mol for the intrinsic value of the volumes in relation to religious art or to Ukrainian art, or in relation to Mol’s art, and his thought process towards the making of art. Most of the publications have been integrated into the Chancery in-house library. The 328 still images include many of Mol’s sculpture subjects, living photos of individuals like Pope John Paul II, Pope Paul VI, Metropolitan Michael Bzdel, Cardinal Yosef Slipyj; many photos are of Mol’s completed bronze sculptures; a large number are of his early church decoration in Beausejour, Brandon and Winnipeg; some are of his stained glass work in Winnipeg. Three sketches are of church decoration; one is an unfinished ink on glassine (?) Christ figure; two are white ink on matte board, of apostles; the fourth is pastel on paper, a portrait of Taras Shevchenko. The copies of sketches are of Metropolitan Ilarion and A.Y. Jackson. The postcards are religious by theme, predominantly Catholic, many of art in European heritage repositories. The holy cards include many Christian symbols. The poster is of the Caritas Dinner in Mol’s honour, 2001. The unfinished mosaic of Christ’s face is a conservation risk.

60 mm and 35 mm photographic images taken by Demchinksy documenting Ukrainian Catholic churches across Canada. Images are primarily from Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Included with the positive images are scans and database description of the selected, photographed churches. The donated photos of Ukrainian Catholic churches in Manitoba include the geographic locations of: Alonsa, Flin Flon, Foley North, Gimli, Rossdale and Winnipeg. Those in Saskatchewan include: Alvena, Arran, Bankend, Beaverdale, Calder, Canora, Cudworth, Dana, Edmore, Foam Lake, Gronlid, Hafford, Invermay, Kamsack, Krasne, Krydor, Maryville, Meacham, Melfort, Mikado, Model Farm, Nipawin, Norquay, North Battleford, Ormside, Pelly, Preeceville, Prud’homme, Rosthern, Smuts, St. Julien, Stornoway, Vonda, Wadena, Willowbrook, Wishart, Wroxton, Wynyard, Yellow Creek. The geographical locations of Ukrainian Catholic churches photographed in Alberta include: Calmar, Daysland, Hay Lakes, Holden, Kopernick, Rabbit Hill, and Round Hill. In addition, Demchinsky donated photos of one church in Montreal, Quebec, the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Collection consists of textbooks covering the subject areas of: Agriculture, Art, Business Education, Economics, Composition, Grammar, Rhetoric, Literature, Plays, Poetry, Prose, Readers, Spelling, Phonics, Stories, Geography, Health, History, French, German, Greek, Italian, Latin, Algebra, Arithmetic, Geometry, Trigonometry, General mathematics, Music, Philosophy, Logic, Psychology, Religion, Research, Methods, Manuals, Astronomy, Botany, Chemistry, Physics, General science, Zoology, Cooking, and Gardening. Includes two notebooks. The works found in the collection were published primarily between 1875 - 1940, although they range from 1801 - 1967, with an emphasis on History, all areas of Mathematics, Research and topics related to English or Language Arts. There are a number of works published in the nineteenth-century dealing with most of the collection's subject areas. The majority of the collection focuses on public and high school textbooks, particularly in relation to the province of Ontario, with some attention to university education.

The collection contains programs and scripts of plays presented by Brandon Little Theatre; a 1934 program of the Dominion Drama Festival, Manitoba Region; and a scrapbook of newspaper clippings and publications pertaining to Brandon Little Theatre, Brandon Art Club, and Helen McGregor.

Fonds consists of photocopied pages on Mary Ann (Alabaster) Criddle from the 1981 "Index to Artistic Biography", and the 1976 "Dictionnaire Critique et Documentaire des Peintres, Sculpteurs", a list of paintings by Mary Criddle shown with the Royal Academy of Arts between 1837-1848, and a biography. Other textual material includes correspondence, biographical information on the family, Henry Criddle's will, a certificate for Prairie Patron for Alma Criddle, 7 partial maps showing the Aweme area, and an introduction for the Criddle display in Brandon City Hall. Black and white photographs show Norman Criddle, aerial views of St. Alban's, Aweme (1942-1958), Bald Hills and the Punch Bowl of Spruce Woods Provincial Park (1942). Coloured photographs are by Barbara Criddle of an unspecified place taken in 1971 of the Spruce Woods Provincial Park sandhills.
