The Aleta Elizabeth (Paisley) Clement fonds consists of speeches and documents related to the community and political activities of Aleta Elizabeth (Paisley) Clement and her husband, Stephen Emmett Clement. The fonds is divided into five series: Miscellaneous Speeches, The Brandon Art Club; Stephen Emmett Clement Political Activities, Aleta E. Clement Political Activities, and Personal Documents. The documents date from 1908 to 1937.

The fonds contains documents pertaining to the activities of the Brandon, Manitoba branch of the Women's Canadian Club from 1913 to 1971, predominantly 1916-1950. The fonds is divided into four series:

1. Minutes 1913-1965
2. Scrapbooks and Miscellaneous 1960-1963
3. Membership 1922-1971
4. Finances 1916-1950

The collection is comprised of material accumulated or created by Beecham Trotter and his family. It consists of photographs of the Trotter family and other Brandon residents. Additionally, there are drawings of different locations in the Brandon area. The collection includes a magazine article and typewritten short story written by Beecham Trotter, numerous newspaper articles he wrote on the early days of Brandon, as well as newspaper clippings pertaining to members of the Trotter family and prominent Brandon figures. Many of these are in a scrapbook, while others are separate. Items are described in detail at the individual level in the Daly House Museum database.

The photographs and photographic postcards in this collection are comprised largely of portraits and family pictures belonging to the Bolton family. The majority of individuals photographed remain unidentified. Those who have been identified include James H. Bolton and Jennie Bolton. There are a number of photographs of soldiers from both WWI and WWII, including a photograph of Camp Sewell (Camp Hughes) near Carberry, Manitoba. There are also photographs of threshing, grain elevators, houses, and animals. The majority of these photographs are from Manitoba including the communities of Kelloe, Shoal Lake, Spruce Creek, Riding Mountain, Routledge, Winnipeg, Brandon, Carberry, Birtle, and Rossburn. Also found in the collection are photographs from Ontario, Saskatchewan, England, and the USA. Each photograph is described in further detail at the individual item level.

The collection consists of five photographic images, and two negatives, depicting agricultural and pioneer life in western Manitoba.

The fonds consists of photographs related to the activities of Mayor Henry William "Harry" Cater between the years 1922 and 1936. The fonds also contains a diploma awarded to Harry Cater from the Western Agriculture and Arts Association (WAAA).

This collection contains photographs of Brandon and area that do not belong to a particular collection or fonds held at Daly House Museum. It is, in short, an artificially created collection. The collection has been divided into the following series:

The fonds consists of records collected and created by the Assiniboine Historical Society over the course of its existence. The fonds contains documents created by, pertaining to, or accumulated by, the Prince Alexander of Teck Chapter of the I.O.D.E. in Brandon, Manitoba. Documents include roll books (1959-1979), meeting minutes (1971-1994), guide booklets, correspondence, financial records, service secretary's reports (1959-1990), a service manual, a public relations manual, various newspaper clippings, and a poster outlining the organization's purposes and services. Information pertains to attendance, membership, event planning, fundraising, scholarships and bursaries, and charity organizations. Correspondence includes communication with provincial and national I.O.D.E. organizations. The oldest document is a certificate pertaining to the chapter's establishment in 1914.
