The fonds consists of textual records and photographs generated by the Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba, the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair, and the Agricultural Exhibition (Ag-Ex). The textual records include prize lists, programs, minutes, financial and administrative files, original results, scrapbooks, tickets, news releases, contracts, by laws, and miscellaneous documents.

The Cinema Club of Brandon fonds includes a minute book that contains a record of each meeting held by the Brandon Cinema Club and a list of the elected executives. It also includes a file of newspaper clippings from the Brandon Sun about the Cinema Club.

The series consists of minutes, correspondence and newspaper clippings related to the activities of local, and provincial organizations in which Stephen A. Magnacca was actively involved. The series is divided up into the following subseries.
