The fonds reflects George Scott Belton’s time at Wesley College in Winnipeg from 1925-1930. It consists of a photo album containing photos of Belton, his family and his friends. The majority of photos depict events and activities that Belton and his friends participated in at Wesley College in Winnipeg, including freshman initiations and the St. Patrick's Day Fight. The album also includes photos depicting scenes in Roblin and Mather, Manitoba and in Yorkton and Bangor, Saskatchewan.

The fonds consists of records, mostly publications, pertaining to the Waffle Movement, a radical-left political movement that grew in popularity in the early 1970s. The fonds is divided into eight categories:

Hand-written in Ukrainian on the back of this black and white print is the date and the occasion: "a reunion of priests with Bishop Neil Savaryn and Reverend Mykajlo Schudlo at St. Joseph's College in Yorkton." Reverend Joseph Pulak is present, as are Reverends Vladimir Bozyk, Stefan Semchuk, and Antin Luhovy.
