The fonds includes materials compiled by the Canadian Association of Law Libraries. C.A.L.L. materials include executive correspondence, committee and Special Interest Group (S.I.G.) documentation, publications, oral histories and initiative projects. The majority of materials concern the administrative duties of the Executive Board. In addition to textual materials the fonds includes 21 photographs, 61 audio cassettes, 11 reel to reel audio tapes, 2 5 ¼” floppy discs, 26 3 ½” floppy discs, 3 compact discs and 2 microfilm reels.

National Council of Jewish Women fonds

Fonds consists of scrapbooks, newsletters, meeting minutes documenting the activities of the National Council of Jewish women as well as other records reflecting the organization’s work.

Some scrapbooks are organized around specific events or activities, some are organized around the tenure of a specific president and others are organized around a specific time period. The scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings, photographs, programmes and ephemera.

Also included are photographs of various events hosted or attended by the National Council of Jewish Women and of people associated with the organization.

Other records include newsletters of local sections, by-laws, position statements on public issues, event programmes, meeting minutes and correspondence.

Artefacts include a plaque and donation can.

The 2012 accession consists of correspondence, manuscripts, indexes, and other materials related to the publication of works and anthologies edited by David Kent, including "'Lighting up the Terrain': The Poetry of Margaret Avison," "Hugh Anson-Cartwright, Bookseller: A Celebration," and "Christian Poetry in Canada." The second accrual (015-076) consists of 4 series. They are based upon books edited & co-edited by David Kent. They include correspondence Re: "Romantic Parodies" correspondence re: "Regency Radical" , St. Thomas Poetry Series & manuscript & correspondence Re: The Achievement of Christina Rossetti.

The fonds also consists of correspondence with writers and poets, including Douglas Lochhead, Robert Finch, Richard Outram, and George Johnston, relating to their contributions to anthologies edited by David Kent, including the St. Thomas Poetry Series.

Finally, the fonds includes a selection of monographs related to the records in the collection.
