The fonds consists of nine series. Where possible, the material is arranged chronologically. The first series is comprised of biographical information, including curriculum vitae, information from Who's Who and scrapbooks. The second series contains Beamish's personal and professional correspondence. Series three pertains to Beamish's academic and professional career. It includes correspondence regarding Beamish's research at the Health Sciences Centre and St. Boniface Hospital, as well as material from his time as a Vice-President at Great West Life Assurance Co. The fourth series deals with Beamish's publications and includes articles, book chapters and speeches. The fifth series pertains to Beamish's work as an editor with Cardiovascular News, Canadian Journal of Cardiology and Rhythmology. The sixth series contains programs and abstracts from several conferences that Beamish attended. Series seven contains board minutes and correspondence from various organizations. The largest series, the eighth, contains medical research and articles by others. The ninth series includes topics of personal interest to Beamish such as psychic research. MSS SC 19 consists of research papers, articles, and talks given by Robert Beamish from 1940 to 1978.

This fonds contains certificates, correspondence, meeting agenda and minutes, study course outlines, leaflets, newsletters, séance records and other ephemera, photographs, and other records from the personal files of Joe and Lillian Bain. It also includes several folders of material from the Survival Research Institute of Canada correspondence and research files relating to the Bains. Photocopies of the 2 envelopes were made on 8 June 2015.

The fonds consists primarily of drafts of numerous radio plays and television screen plays written by Cohen. The collection also contains significant correspondence (personal and business), reviews, and related material over a period of thirty years. Two scrapbooks containing newspaper clippings on the life and career of Cohen, as well as production photographs are also included.

The fonds consists of miscellaneous documents pertaining to Harold E. Batters' agricultural transactions, including an expense account book (1959) and an automobile renewal certificate (1960). The photograph collection contains depictions of pioneer farming scenes.

This particular fonds consists of 18 items including photos of East Hamilton Spiritualist Church members, church death/burial register, biographical research conducted by the donor, Walter Meyer zu Erpen, and a CD containing digitized versions of some of the records.

Bateman’s photographs and lantern slides.

Included in these series are the Church's constitution, materials used by the directors and members of the congregation during services or other functions, official minutes and financial reports, correspondence revealing the relations between members and directors of the Church, membership and healing lists, and photographs.
Winnipeg Spiritualist Church
The collection consists of textual records including share certificates from the Thistle Curling Club and certificates from the Grand Lodge Knights of Pythias of Manitoba as well as photographs of various members of the O’Hare family. Some of the more notable items include a tintype photograph of Peter O’Hare and a small leather pouch that John O’Hare used to hold gold nuggets during the Yukon Gold Rush.
