The material in this collection consists primarily of photographs pertaining to the McGregor family and to farming activities in the R.M. of Elton. The collection includes photographic portraits of Archie, William, and Sarah Taylor McGregor and a sketched portrait of Grant McEwan. Other photographs include the McGregor Bros., Alex Anderson, and Chalmer Bros. threshing outfits, as well as the farms of J.T. Clark, Robert Reid, Pierce Couling, John William Sandison, and William Dope. The only textual material in the collection is a biography of John William Sandison, written by J.T. McGregor.

The Manitoba College Roll of Honour lists the names of Manitoba College students and faculty who took part in the First World War. It is attributed to Lionel LeMoine FitzGerald and features gilded lettering. The Wesley College Roll of Honour lists the names of Wesley College students and faculty who took part in the First World War. It was created by Lionel LeMoine FitzGerald and features a watercolour of Wesley College. The United College Roll of Honour lists the names of several students and faculty who were killed in action during the Second World War. The creator is unknown and it is an incomplete listing of names.

This collection consists of books, journals, and magazines relating to the United Church of Canada or its precedent organizations, Presbyterian, Methodist, and Congregationalist Churches. There are over 250 publications that date between 1827 and 2006. The inventory is currently being updated and available as an excel document.
The collection contains 14 photographs of early Brandon, Manitoba between 1881 and 1899. Photographs include the original Brandon Central School, the First Methodist Church, wheat markets, the Assiniboine River, and Coombs & Stewart Dry Goods Store. Streets pictured include Rosser Avenue, Pacific Avenue and Princess Avenue.
The collection consists of Kenner family photographs and photographs depicting business and farming activities of John Howard Kenner (1870-1965) at Metlita, Manitoba. The fonds also consists of photographs of the Pierson General Store owned by William Staples Kenner (1863-1952) in Pierson, Manitoba. There are also photographs of Brandon General Hospital School of Nursing graduates Anna Catherine (McLaren) Kenner (1873-1965) and Miss Christina Macleod (1883-1976). Additionally, the collection contains the 1906 register from the Palace Hotel in Brandon, Catherine Kenner's in the Brandon General Hospital Alumni Association membership certificate, and a meal ticket from the Carelton Cafe in Brandon.
