This series consists of correspondence and itineraries for Admissions Trips (1980-1994) and CMBC Singers/Chamber Choir, Ensemble, Voices, Bible Study, Drama Group and Hockey Tours across Canada as well as Manitoba Choir Visits, Portable CMBC and the Extension Committee which planned many of these trips (mostly late 1970s or 1980-1994). This series also contains correspondence, memos, minutes, applicant lists, advertising, evaluations and registration packages for the Peace Conferences (also called Peace-It-Together, or PIT) from 1980-1994. This series also consists of the minutes and correspondence of the PR committee, the Recruitment Committee, and information on Special Courses held at CMBC. Finally this series contains a large amount of correspondence to and from prospective students as well as pastors lists' from churches across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario listing possible CMBC students, 1977-1992.

This fonds contains a composite photograph consisting of 167 individual portraits of Mennonite men that served in the Imperial Russia's Forestry service at Razin, a photograph of teacher Heinrich Johan Dueck (1862-1922) with students of school(Dueck was a teacher in Kleefeld, Gnadental and Klippenstal, Molotschna), and a 1903 funeral photo of 18 year-old Heinrich Albrecht of Prangenau (South Russia) showing the coffin being transported with a horse drawn carriage. This fonds also includes background information on the Razin Forestei where members of the Warkentin and Albrecht family served plus genealogical information on the Albrecht, Peters, von Kampen, and Warkentin families. Some of the data is an update for the published family history book entitled, "John Warkentin and his Descendants 1820-1990".

This fonds consists of correspondence, much of it with Charlotte Sauer, regarding the translation and publication of the translation of Eric Sauer's "Das Morgenbrot der Welterloesunge", manuscripts of the Eric Sauer translation, sermon notes and various Russian periodicals, evangelical tracts, and catalogues of Russia religious material.

This fond consists of nine series. They include: 1) Linguistics; 2) Russian / Prussian Mennonite history; 3) World War Two history; 4) Education; 5) Anabaptist history (with a sub series on catechisms); 6) Theology; 7) Genealogy; 8) Russian history; 9) Philosophy and History. These series contain handwritten notes, manuscripts by the author, card indexes, photocopies, pictures, micro media, and a few original documents. The numerous photocopies and micro media are of books and articles, some of which are extremely rare. It is difficult to determine when the copies or notes were made: therefore, the creation date of the files are often [19-]. In many cases, the correspondence and manuscripts are the only way to date his research. In some cases, the date of publication is not known and an estimate was made. Most of the material is in German. Other languages present include Low German, French, Dutch, English, Russian, Latin, and Czechoslovakian. Some of the oldest materials are written in Gothic Old German script style, however, most of the material is not in Gothic.
