This fonds contains many folders full of correspondence, financial statements, meeting minutes and other documents relating to the development and construction of the Keystone Centre from 1970-1974, including those from the Keystone Executive Committee as well as the Building Committee. Fonds also contains one folder that pertains to the Brandon Area Agricultural Development Survey from 1959. This folder contains the names and locations of all farmers in the Brandon area in 1959. The Brandon Area Agricultural Development Survey was created in 1959 in order to make farming in the Brandon area more profitable. The survey was aided by Doane Agricultural Service from St. Louis, Missouri, who had success creating agricultural development programs in the United States. Fonds also contains folders from the Provincial Exhibition with correspondence, pamphlets, estimates, and studies from the 1960's. There is also one folder belonging to the Manitoba Winter Fair, which contains correspondence and financial statements relating to the Wheat City Arena. Fonds also contains information pertaining to the proposals made in the 1960's for the building of the Keystone Centre, as well as one folder about the Keystone campaign from 1970-73. There is also one folder about the opening of the Keystone Centre, which contains newspaper clippings and guest lists. Finally, the fonds contains information about a court case involving Albert Bobyk and Robert Stewart. Stewart was the project manager for the Building Committee and Bobyk worked on the Keystone Center. The fonds includes a report about the trial of the two men who were charged with fraud involving their work on the Keystone Centre.

Series 1 consists of records created and/or received by the Carberry Plains Museum in the course of its management, including plans, policies, procedures, correspondence, funding applications, displays. Series 2 consists of other records including miscellaneous, anonymous, and undocumented donations.
The fonds consists of textual records and photographs generated by the Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba, the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair, and the Agricultural Exhibition (Ag-Ex). The textual records include prize lists, programs, minutes, financial and administrative files, original results, scrapbooks, tickets, news releases, contracts, by laws, and miscellaneous documents.
The Cinema Club of Brandon fonds includes a minute book that contains a record of each meeting held by the Brandon Cinema Club and a list of the elected executives. It also includes a file of newspaper clippings from the Brandon Sun about the Cinema Club.
Collection consists of photocopies of research undertaken for Footsteps In The Sand, including a street map of Sidney (1900), land ownership reports, voter's list (1898, 1900), township maps (1876), genealogies for families and schools in Sidney, Arizona, and Firdale. Includes news clippings, business advertisements from the Carberry News Express, poems, and letters. Of note is a clipping on a fire disaster in Sidney. Black and white photographs show the Sidney Rifle club (1909), Main Street, school, Methodist Church, CPR station, flour mill, and Brick Yard, livery stable. Painting by Clara (McLachlan) Lintott shows grain elevators. The Lintotts wrote a McLachlan family history in circa 1990's.

Fonds consists of a booklet on Manitoba's Diamond Jubilee (1930), a Dominion Chatauqua programme, a song about the Sidney baseball team, news clippings, scrapbooks of Williams' columns. Of special note is correspondence on, and histories of Sidney and the Harte district of Manitoba, the latter written with John Mack. One history was of 1891 written by Alida M. (James) Davies (1959). The history of the Harte district was written by John Mack in 1967. Nine charts by M. Williams depict the Moorehead/Muirhead families. Of note is a Chatauqua programme (1924) and a song sheet. The one colour and 16 black and white photographs show Sidney School (1909, 1920, 1945-1946, 1953), sports teams, Carberry events and people, threshing outfits.
