Fonds consists of minute books (1891-1971), a minute book from the Ladies Aid of the Wellwood Presbyterian Church (1939-1967), news clipping of the affiliate organisation, in London, Ontario, the Women's Missionary Society's 75th anniversary (1989), church bulletin (1989), past presidents list. Includes three black and white photographs and one coloured photograph showing women.

Fonds consists of minutes of the first organizational meeting of the club, minutes of subsequent meetings, copies of an early club newsletter called "Canine Communique", one photo album containing pictures and documents from the 1978 Sanction Match, a scrapbook containing newspaper clippings and photos of the March 1985 show, plus miscellaneous documents concerning the club's activities from 1985 to 1990 (including premium lists and judging schedules for the years 1986, 1987, 1989 & 1990) and eight photo albums and three large cardboard envelopes containing profession photographs (Mikron Photos)of the winners at the Wheat City Kennel Club dog shows in the years from 1987 to 1997 inclusive. Fonds consists of a booklet on Manitoba's Diamond Jubilee (1930), a Dominion Chatauqua programme, a song about the Sidney baseball team, news clippings, scrapbooks of Williams' columns. Of special note is correspondence on, and histories of Sidney and the Harte district of Manitoba, the latter written with John Mack. One history was of 1891 written by Alida M. (James) Davies (1959). The history of the Harte district was written by John Mack in 1967. Nine charts by M. Williams depict the Moorehead/Muirhead families. Of note is a Chatauqua programme (1924) and a song sheet. The one colour and 16 black and white photographs show Sidney School (1909, 1920, 1945-1946, 1953), sports teams, Carberry events and people, threshing outfits.

Details the families' moves to the Carberry, Manitoba area in circa 1880 from Ontario, supported by photocopies of archival material such as correspondence and photographs.

Fonds consists of a history of the church written by Norris Mills, who compiled information from 1980 onward, and written for the period prior to that by Reverend Donald Mitchell. Includes names of Pastors since 1930 as well as long-term volunteers.

Fonds consists of black and white photographs showing presentation of colours to the 100th Battalion (1916), the 203 Battalion C.E.F. (1916), "Ready For Active Service" booklet (1916), 44th Battalion (1915), men on horses (1912). Also one photograph of the CPR Section House at Camp Hughes taken by Frank Smale in 1937. Accession 2008.11 consists of 6 pages photocopied from the magazine Esprit de Corps, Vol 15, Issue 6, and is a description of Camp Sewell, the 44th Manitoba Battalion and the 46th South Saskatchewan Battalion (the Suicide Battalion) and their activities at Camp Sewell and in and around Carberry. The article was written by James L. McWilliams.
