Limited (1215-1219 Rosser Avenue, Brandon, Manitoba), performed by the Canadian Appraisal Company, Montreal in 1913. Consists of 100 pages typed; detailed analysis of the laundry including the boiler house, dye house, stable, wagon shed, barn and sewage.
