The J. A. Campbell collection consists of correspondence, speeches, a photo-catalogue, reports, four scrapbooks and ephemera. The correspondence includes personal (1918 – 1919), The Pas Board of Trade (1917 – 1944), various Rotary Clubs (Estevan, Banff, Kenora, Prince Albert, etc. 1934 – 1940), the 1921 election, Hudson Bay Railway (1920 – 1928), correspondence with several newspapers including the Winnipeg Tribune (1926 – 1928), etc. Speeches written and delivered by J. A. Campbell in various venues (1920s – 1940s) range in topic from politics to resources in the North and the importance and significance of the Hudson Bay Railway. Reports compiled since 1886 – 1958 on The Hudson Bay Railway Route (1886 – 1924), mining of natural resources in Northern Manitoba (1917 – 1924) and reports on The Pas (1958).The photo-catalogue contains descriptions/titles for photographs from 1916 – 1923, 25 pages. The scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings about the Hudson Bay Railway from 1923 – 1924.

The Jim James fonds consists of the estimated population of Northern Manitoba, a tally, and The Pas Community Swimming Pool project and correspondence.

The John Duncan Robertson fonds consists of a single ruled note book with daily entries from October 1937 to June 1939, written by John Duncan Robertson. Entries describe general camp activities including weather, hunting, fur catch, etc., while trapping in the Moose Lake area with his young son, Sam.

The William Harris fonds consists of a handwritten manuscript in ball point pen on lined paper ripped from a scribbler. Describes First Nations life during the late 19th century, covering such topics as food, clothing, travel, housing, signs, trading and sharing customs. Author’s title: “Story of Indians of the Northern Part of Canada: How they Lived in the Olden Days”.

The Karl Kobel fonds consists of day planners belonging to Karl Kobel whilst residing in Switzerland and later Dollard, Saskatchewan. The diaries are written in Swiss French and Swiss German.

The W. A. “Caribou Bill” Anger fonds consists of letters from various mayors of towns passed through while conducting a lecture series on conservation and life in the Canadian outdoors, various letters of reference from former employers, correspondence regarding tourist information and the Carling Conservation Club (including crest, sticker and pledge), notes and ephemera (membership cards), Christmas cards, a guestbook of 153 pages from 1967, and various photographs of ‘Caribou Bill’ at his museum.

The Guymer family fonds consists of Violet Guymer’s funeral register used in her funeral home in The Pas, Wilf Guymer’s embalmer’s licence and correspondence with Sam Waller and the Little Northern Museum, and a series of letters regarding the fabrication of a toothbrush out of beaver whiskers.

The Harry Trager fonds consists of letters and correspondence from various people and departments as well as reports. More notable items include a speech addressed to Queen Elizabeth II, Princess Anne and Prince Phillip, as well as election speeches and candidate statements in rough and good drafts.

The Pas Social Welfare Commission fonds consists of miscellaneous inward correspondence, meeting minutes, cash book, bank books, cheque stubs, bank statements and cancelled cheques, bills and receipts, financial reports, canvas plans, bank documents, clippings, constitution, booklet, newspaper clippings, stamps, etc.

The Pas Civic Association fonds consists of a bound folio sized minute book including records of discussions on the adoption of a constitution, proposed civic policy, nomination of a slate for mayor, council and school board, promotion of a highway to Flin Flon, mock parliament debate, and war memorial.
