The series consists of minutes, reports, financial statements and correspondence regarding the Brandon Municipal Airport and the Prairie Regional Air Service of the Trans Canada Airlines.

The collection is comprised primarily of photographs from the early Brandon Hills farming community. These photographs include Rev. George Roddick’s farm, Henry Dunbar’s threshing outfit, Robert Dunbar, and a school house. The collection also includes a photograph of the 1st Battalion Canadian Mounted Rifles from the First World War.

Series features typewritten speeches and reports by Aleta E. Clement (Mrs. S.E. Clement) including a speech on the League of Nations given to the Local Council of Women in Winnipeg in 1923; a report on the Canadian Conference of Social Work at Montreal in 1928; a speech on public health entitled "Health, the long sought "Elixir of Life" (n.d.); and a speech entitled "The Place of the Nursing Body in World Progress" (n.d.).

The Aleta Elizabeth (Paisley) Clement fonds consists of speeches and documents related to the community and political activities of Aleta Elizabeth (Paisley) Clement and her husband, Stephen Emmett Clement. The fonds is divided into five series: Miscellaneous Speeches, The Brandon Art Club; Stephen Emmett Clement Political Activities, Aleta E. Clement Political Activities, and Personal Documents. The documents date from 1908 to 1937.

This collection contains primarily photographs of Brandon, Manitoba during the early 1920s. Photographs include the 10 Mile Dam, Brandon’s 1922 flood, parade floats, and the Winter Fair Building fire of 1920.
