The first accrual of the fonds includes awards, correspondence, Physics Department material, Cyclotron material, Candu Reactor material, Flywheel Electric Bus material, McKee’s edited, written and professionally published works, Canadian Association of Physicists material, photographs, and videocassettes. The photograph collection consists of 88 photographs and one album. The videocassette collection consists of 2 videocassettes.
The second accrual (A.12-14) consists of nine series. They include: Mckee articles, Physics Department material, Cyclotron material, committees, grants, conferences, research material, photograph collection, and microfiche collection.

The fonds consists of four series covering its major activities and its own administrative and research records, and includes textual records, photographs, posters, newspaper clippings, audio- and videocassettes and related material.

These photographs pertain to Margaret's biographical life, including graduation from the University of Manitoba, passport photographs and reunions.

The collection includes 741 ice hockey programs which almost exclusively chronicle the home games of the Winnipeg Jets hockey team.

Textual records relating to Project Lambda's programing, administrative activities and newsletter.

Series consists of correspondence so designated by Sister Cornelia Mantyka, Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Winnipeg Archives archivist in the 1980s, and Nick Yakimishyn, archivist from May 1991 to September 1993. There are many cards, congratulations, letters, and postcards, personal and professional, spanning both the vocational and administrative career of Metropolitan Maxim.
