The fonds consists of textual records and photographs generated by the Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba, the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair, and the Agricultural Exhibition (Ag-Ex). The textual records include prize lists, programs, minutes, financial and administrative files, original results, scrapbooks, tickets, news releases, contracts, by laws, and miscellaneous documents.
Items consist of 17 colour photographs featuring Mrs. Gordon's hats, 3 depicting Mrs. Gordon wearing donated items, as well as photocopies of supporting documentary materials supplied by the maker of the hats, Milliner E. L. Jamon.

Photographs include: 7 black and white photographs, 2 black and white negatives showing the Traveller's Day Parade (1959), directors of the Society, seniors honours, Carberry Fair (ca. 1926).
Fonds consists of 9 black and white photographs showing family members, threshing ([1905]), Methodist Church in Carberry, and two negatives showing men. Textual material includes a municipality telephone book (1911), post cards of the Merchant Bank, Fort William, Carberry School, as well as marriage invitations (1906, 1911), receipt to Canadian Oil Co. (1913), funeral announcement (1908), correspondence.
