The digitized material from the Roslyn Stanwick fonds consists of several digital photographs of the Lourdes Grotto and the Ukrainian Catholic church in Cook's Creek, Manitoba. Both structures were designed by Father Philip Ruh.
This fonds includes the minute books, financial records (1886-1955), attendance registers (1887-1906), and related documents of the Blyth School District, Rural Municipality of Cornwallis. Aside from attendance records, the fonds contains documents relating to issues of teachers salaries, attendance policies, and holidays.
This fonds consists of annual registers (1910-1961), minute books (1896-1962), account books (1896-1911 1924-1956), an award of a Board of Arbitration (1961), a petition for consolidation with School District of Nesbitt (1961), a financial report (1961), a map of Souris Valley School Division showing rural school districts, and one debenture certificates (1896).
Items consist of original art work, draft sketches and work notes, photographic reproductions of the artist's work, newspaper cuttings and other memorabilia, and typescripts.
The fonds is separated into 10 series: biographical material, correspondence, minutes and other documents from literary organizations, design work, newspaper clippings, the Bird’s Hill Park Series exhibition, sketches, artwork by Denis Nokony, and Turnstone Press publications for which Eva Fritsch did design work, photographs and negatives. The fonds also includes a photograph collection featuring 234 photographs, 499 negatives, 125 sketches, and 2 oversize materials.

The first accrual of the fonds includes awards, correspondence, Physics Department material, Cyclotron material, Candu Reactor material, Flywheel Electric Bus material, McKee’s edited, written and professionally published works, Canadian Association of Physicists material, photographs, and videocassettes. The photograph collection consists of 88 photographs and one album. The videocassette collection consists of 2 videocassettes. The second accrual (A.12-14) consists of nine series. They include: Mckee articles, Physics Department material, Cyclotron material, committees, grants, conferences, research material, photograph collection, and microfiche collection.
This fonds consists of one album containing photos of Mary Neufeld (later Mrs. Mary Schroeder), the staff, activities, residences, buildings and landscapes associated with the places she worked before she married in 1959. One series were taken in 1947 and 1951 while working at the Rosthern Invalid / Nursing Home. Another series were taken in the summer of 1952 when Mary Neufeld served in the Brandon Mental Hospital on a Voluntary Service (VS) assignment. Another series of photos were taken during the summer of 1953 when she worked at the Ninette (Manitoba) Sanitorium. There are also a few photos from 1948 when she worked at a canning factory in the Niagara (Ontario) region and visited Niagara Falls, Crystal Beach, and Brock's monument at Queenston. A few photos were taken when she worked as a cook at the Rosthern Bible School in 1951-1952.
The fonds consists of Leo Mol’s biographical information, his correspondence, awards and honorary degrees, his documentation regarding art work and the Leo Mol Sculpture Garden, and his exhibitions and tributes. Photograph collection consists mostly of Leo Mol’s photographs and slides of his sculptures, paintings and drawings.
