The fonds consists of eight registers recording services throughout Manitoba by general missionaries. There are two minute and record books which are placed with the Parish Registers because they also record baptisms. One "register" is actually a rough copy of events to be recorded and contains no signatures, and along with ephemera removed from the registers, it has been placed in the single file folder.

The fonds consists of one small leather bound notebook inscribed on the front cover as George Brown's book, Burford, 1859. The book contains penmanship samples and includes prayers and poetry.
