The fonds consists of H.P. Crabb's documents, notebooks, training manuals, correspondence, digitized postcards, and photographs from his military service with the RFC in World War I and RCAF in World War II.

The fonds is divided into 9 series. They include brief to the Board of Trustees of the Winnipeg School Division No.1, correspondence, Manitoba Environmental Council, Canadian Biotechnology Advising Committee, Garrison Diversion, endangered species and spaces, forestry, East Side Lake Winnipeg, and research material.

The fonds have been separated into 11 series. They include biographical information, articles and lectures, refereeing books & articles, correspondence, conferences, course outlines, CSIS material, SIRC material, Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP, research material, and videocassettes, CD's and slides.

This fonds contains research material, notes, and draft manuscripts collected by Glenn Morison during the process of ghost writing Nick Ternette's autobiography.

The collection consists of textual records including share certificates from the Thistle Curling Club and certificates from the Grand Lodge Knights of Pythias of Manitoba as well as photographs of various members of the O’Hare family. Some of the more notable items include a tintype photograph of Peter O’Hare and a small leather pouch that John O’Hare used to hold gold nuggets during the Yukon Gold Rush.

The records in the John Loxley fonds contain representations of his contributions to the discipline of economics and larger society. The first accrual (A13-26) is divided into 4 series and 49 sub-series. These include biographical materials, publications and papers, correspondence, reports, research materials, notes and reference materials related to university, government, community-based and professional assignments and research projects in which John Loxley has been the lead researcher and initiator or active participant.

The second accrual (A14-096) is divided into 10 series and 18 sub-series. These include publications and papers, correspondence, reports, research materials, notes and reference materials, which are primarily related to John Loxley's roles as a student at Leeds University, an economic advisor in Uganda and Tanzania, Secretary (Deputy Minister) of Resource and Economic Development Sub-Commitee for the Province of Manitoba, and researcher of gender and economics in Ghana, and structural adjustment in Africa. An accrual of digital records is expected in 2015 or later.
