"Oct. 12/63 Last pour" The Eleventh Station of the Cross within the Grotto in Honour of Our Lady of Lourdes. During the early years of construction and fund-raising for the Grotto, it was often referred to as the Calvary, for within the arches and behind the central cave, the Stations of the Cross were first built.

Prior to his death, he surrendered responsibility for the project to the Council.
