Fonds consists of 9 postcards of various places in Denmark, the US and Canada; several letters (in Danish) from Mrs. Nielsen's friends and relatives, a small book of sacred songs, and a book entitled "Danmarks Historie" published in 1879 by a presumably Danish publishing company, and inscribed to Kirstine Nielsen; a photograph of an unknown man; and a photograph marked "Wellwood School - approx 1927" showing the school, the staff and the students (with tentative identification of some of the people in it.)

Fonds consist of four slides, five minute books, financial reports, membership lists, handbooks for the Woodberry Riding Club and Manitoba Gymkhana Association, two membership cards, a bank statement, corespondence from the Manitoba Gymkhnana Rodeo Association, newsletters from the Manitoba Trail Riding Association and a page from the Carberry News Express dated February 18, 2002, describing the history and activities of the club from its inception to its cessation. The newspaper page has five pictures on it.

Fonds consists of two books; one is entitled "Madford Cemetery, Douglas, Manitoba" and describes the cemetery and the graves contained therein. The second book is entitled "Douglas: Boards, Bricks and Bods, 1879 to 1997: and describes the buildings that used to and still exist in the town of Douglas, including their histories and descriptions.

Fonds consists of two financial books, welcome speech, miscellaneous financial statements, 10 colored photographs of the parade, the Carberry News-Express issue for July 21, 1983, insert for giant sidewalk sale. Also an Award of Merit from Friesen Printers, Altona, for the "Carberry Plains: Century One" history book. Accession 2007.19 is a copy of the Carberry 1983 Centennial song written by Lavonne Garnett. Accession 2010.05 contains the copy of the Centennial Song, with notations, used by Bev Medford, the Carberry & District Community Choir Director.
