This fonds consists of a membership register (1918-1942), a congregational meeting minute book (1920-1939), and a series of 10 notebooks of the Jugendverein (youth society) activities (1919-1945) which record the organization and activities of the participants of this congregation from its inception up to its dissolution. A brief congregational history and reunion programme (1974) are included.

This fonds consists of the financial record which the bookkeeper from 1980-1993 passed on to the Conference of Mennonites in Canada finance office in 1994, when they took over the bookkeeping responsibilities. There are minutes of Mennonite Church (Region I) Canada Coordinating/Planning commitee, minutes of the annual general meetings of Mennonite Church International for 1988-1993, detailed financial statements for 1993, and the bookkeeper's correspondence.

David H. Rempel Fonds

This fonds consists of some early handwritten Christmas and New Years Wishes, some artworks (sketches done in school in Russia) school documents, notebooks of sermons and loose sermons, presentations at events and conferences, some correspondence and family records. Most of the materials are handwritten originals. The collection also contains a table cloth and a samovar that were brought from Russia.

This fonds consists of a transcription of Rempel’s war diary, autobiography, published and unpublished Low German stories and poems including a partial translation of John Bunyan's Pilgrim's Progress. The material captures Low German stories, prose, and proverbs and provides context for Rempel’s life experience.

This fonds contains a ledger containing family and genealogical data, including some church transfer documents, 16 sermon booklets and additional loose pages, a personal date book (Christliches Vergissmeinnicht), and several other documents created or collected by Peter J. Dyck. There is an English translation of a sermon written by P.J. Dyck on the occasion of the "sudden and self-inflicted death of a person whose passing causes the bereaved great sorrow" which is of note.

Peter Kroeger fonds

This fonds consists of mainly the poetry which Peter Kroeger wrote. There are a few sample engineering drawings, correspondence, sketches of Manitoba scenes by his brother Arthur, and a few miscelleneous documents which he collected. Much of the poetry was submitted to the editors of the German language Mennonite newspaper called Der Bote or to the producers of Faith and Life Communications Low German Radio broadcast. The poems were written for various occasions, seasons, institutions and people -- mainly in German and Low German, and occasionally in English. At least one poem was selected for publicaion by "The National Library of Poetry" (Owings Mills, Maryland, USA) in 1996. (See Vol. 1655:11).

Schroeder-Fast Letters from Ukraine Collection

This collection consists of 50 letters written by members of the Peter Schroeder and Johann Fast families from 1930-1988. These are letters which the David and Agatha Fast family of Manitoba received from members of the family who were left behind in the Soviet Union when they emigrated in 1929-1930. Of the 50 letters, 42 were written between 1930-1934, and the remaining 8, scattered widely over the period from 1939-1988. They convey the experiences of the terrifying Stalinist years and convey glimpses into how life unfolded for the family.
There is also one CD with a digital copy of the publication We must Adapt (Wir Muessen Uns Schicken): The Schroeder-Fast Letters 1930-1938: Learning to Live in Stalinist Russia (2nd Edition), 2012.

This fonds consists of a sampling of key documents which Ike Froese preserved from his life’s passion and work related to how he worked within the Mennonite Church to relate and minister amoung North American aboriginal people. Correspondence, news clippings, and research papers are found in this fonds. The files include information on the history of Mennonite Pioneer Mission and Conference of Mennonites in Canada Native Ministry programs, especially from 1970 to 1980, but also there are a few documents from the 1980s and 1990s. The fonds contains one series of textual materials and another of photographs, which show people, place and events of significance to his life.
