This sub-series contains correspondence and documents related to recreation in the City of Brandon including the Brandon Soccer Association, swimming pools, City of Brandon Golf Course and Curran Park.

This sub-series contains information compiled while S.A. Magnacca was chairman of a committee (consisting of Assiniboine Historical Society members and Brandon University members) who composed a 75th pictorial review book of the history of Brandon University 1899-1974.

This file contains correspondence to Mayor Magnacca related to the 1963 Canadian Brier. It also contains minutes from the Brandon Curling Association related to the Brier.

The fonds consists of minutes, correspondence with politicians, reports, newspaper clippings and photographs from Mayor Magnacca's term in office and his other community activities. It includes Westman Community History Books and various artifacts.
