The Benjamin Horch fonds consists of 4 series and 12 subseries. 1.Materials Collected and Prepared by Esther Horch; subseries Ben Horch, Wedding and Anniversaries, Horch Family Travels, Concert Programs, and Esther Horch Diaries and C.N. Hiebert work. 2. Materials Collected and Written by Ben Horch; subseries Ben Horch's General Correspondence, Ben Horch and CFAM Radio, Ben Horch and the CBC, KFAC Radio, Public Service Files and Personal Files subseries. 3. Audio Recordings 4. Ben and Esther Horch Music Collection. The entire collection consists of photographs, letters, photocopied letters, newspaper clippings, musical scores, recorded interviews, hymnbooks, programs from concerts, notes, CD's, tapes, and vinyl records. The photographs are left in there original location in scrapbooks made by Esther Horch. The materials show his musical influence in Mennonite communities, the development of Mennonite musical education, Mennonite radio and musical commissions.

Collection includes architectural drawings created by Stan Osaka in the course of his career, including his independent career and during the course of his work as a partner at IKOY; reports written by Osaka on space allocation at the University of Manitoba; and records of Osaka’s work history. Copies of drawings from local firms, presumably received in connection to renovation projects Osaka worked on, are also found in this collection. This collection also includes originals of the academic projects of architect Dennis Carter.

This fonds consists of 35 photographs, mostly taken in Russia, of the Goossen family, extended family, and of the Wintergruen estate. The photos are of high quality and show a wealthy Mennonite family in Russia. Included is a rare photograph of the interior of the Schoensee Mennonite Church.

The records of St. John's College School held at the Diocese of Rupert's Land archives include an information booklet [1934] and a Commemoration programme (2 November 1923).

The records of The Ven. Robert Benjamin McElheran held at the Diocese of Rupert's Land archives include a sermon from the Silver Jubilee service at St. Matthew's Church, Winnipeg (November 1938).

The records of The Most Rev. Louis Ralph Sherman held at the Diocese of Rupert's Land archives include documentation re: his Self – Appointment as Dean of St. John's Cathedral (1947) and newspaper clippings.
