The first accessions (A.90-20, A.90-38, A.0-48, A.91-54) are divided into three series: personal, publications, and politics. The personal series contains Holt's university essays. The publication series contains material pertaining to Holt's four published books and her newspaper career. Politics contains her correspondence as an MP.

The second accession (A.05-53) is divided into thirty-one series. They include biographical information and journals, Leon Holt material, Milner family, writing and research, unpublished material and manuscripts, her autobiography material, Johnathan Pollard research material, First Force manuscript, Council for the Damned manuscript, child violence research, drug research, women's research, justice system research, research material on Asia, Democratic Party research, National Parole Board, Liberal Party material, miscellaneous research, her articles, speeches and workshops, television projects and courses taught, academic material, awards, House of Commons, correspondence, lawsuits and complaints, writing by others, oversize material, map cabinet material, photographs, and tapes.

The third accession (A.07-14) is divided into five series and contains material pertaining to the court case Supreme Court of British Columbia - Simma Holt v. Thomson aka Sonja d. Fletcher Coronation Real Estate Services Ltd. d.b.a. Royal Lepage Coronation West Realty, and Ada Van Leeuwen.

The fourth accession (A.10-88) is divided into 8 series. They include: biographical & family material, diaries & journals, manuscripts & columns, correspondence, Gerald Eaton murder case, leaky condo material, photo collection (PC 103) and tape collection TC 103).

The fonds consists of Dr. Joan Finkle de Peña’s manuscripts, articles and lecture notes pertaining to her academic teaching career at St. Louis University, and the University of Manitoba. The fonds also consists of material pertaining to her research in Puerto Rico when she was a graduate student, as well as a her academic research work with her studies of the Inuit of the North, during her tenure as a faculty member with the Department of Anthropology, University of Manitoba. In addition there are textual records pertaining to her involvement with various national and international professional associations, including the Sigma Xi Scientific Society. The collection also contains a total of 4624 photographs, 90 negatives, and 1,125 photo slides.

Fonds consists of records of Chavurat Tefilah (Fellowship of Prayer) Syngagogue including executive meeting minutes, correspondence, financial records and architectural drawings. In addition to administrative and religious issues, the main subjects of the records are public programming and fundraising.

Executive meeting minutes discuss public programming, religious practices, administration and building maintenance. Also included in the minutes are architectural drawings of proposed building expansions.

Correspondence mostly relates to fundraising projects and public programming.

Fonds consists of records of Min Heft reflecting her work with the Religious Affairs Committee of the Canadian Jewish Congress Western Division (CJC) and other organizations as well as her personal interests.

Records of the CJC Religious Affairs Committee include correspondence and meeting minutes. In particular, the records reflect her work establishing a Jewish chaplaincy service in Manitoba hospitals.

Other records include scrapbooks of newspaper clippings, programs and newsletters, mostly related to Shaarey Zedek Synagogue.

Ce fonds contient des documents qui se trouvaient en double dans les archives des Soeurs Grises ou qui n'entraient pas dans leur mandat d'acquisition. On y retrouve des photographies des diverses missions, corporations et fondations des Soeurs Grises comme l'Hôpital général Saint-Boniface. Ce fonds comprend aussi des périodiques publiés par les Soeurs Grises: "Au fil de notre histoire", 1968 à 2008; "The Chain of Events", 1968 à 2008; "Communications communautaires: Province St-Boniface", 1970 à 1975; "Echos de Saint-Boniface", 1976 à 1980; "Dans le sillage de nos pionnières de la Rivière-Rouge", 1980 à 2000; "Echo:Western Province - Province de l'Ouest, 2002 à 2007; "Northern Lights", 1941 à 1972; et "Nouvelles de l'Ouest", 2002. Entre autres, il y a des chroniques de La Broquerie, Saint-François-Xavier, Fort Frances, Saint-Norbert, Sainte-Anne-des-Chênes, Letellier, Sainte-Rose-du-Lac, Berens River, Lebret (Saskatchewan), Régina (Saskatchewan), Esterhazy (Saskatchewan), Fort Totten (Dakota du Nord), Chesterfield Inlet (Territoire du Nord-Ouest), Kenora (Ontario), l'Hôpital Saint-Roch, l'Hôpital de Saint-Boniface, l'Hospice Taché, la Maison provinciale (Saint-Boniface) ainsi que de diverses résidences à Winnipeg. Ce fonds documente donc l'évolution de la congrégation des Soeurs Grises au Manitoba et leur implication dans le domaine de la santé, des services sociaux et de l'éducation dans l'Ouest canadien.
