Fonds consists of correspondence (1957-1965), minutes and account statements (1957-1964), some annual reports, 1961 constitution, a file containing documents about the history of the Junior Farmers' Association of Ontario, documents concerning a 1991 Reunion, photographs, and financial records.

Fonds consists of one coil-bound book entitled "The Mitchell, McLaren, McPhail Family Tree", and includes research going back to the 1700s, photographs of ancestral homes, and genealogical charts of relationships.

Fonds consists of one mounted B & W photograph showing Levada (Elliott) Lowes standing behind the counter in the Palace of Sweets in Carberry ca 1905; the scanned photographs show the oval silver grave marker of Margaret J Elliott who died in Carberry on January 9 1886 at the age of twenty-three and a half years; also a photograph of a buffalo horn chair owned by Mrs. Lowes.
