Fonds consists of a black and white photograph of a dog and fawn taken at the Calvert farm, a camping group in the Bald Hills (ca. 1932), Sidney baseball team, groups of men, baseball team, threshing outfit, Melbourne Football team champions (1890-1895) taken by Korah Mattice (ca. 1896).

Collection consists of correspondence, a family history compiled by Laureen Zimmerman assisted by Judith Moffatt of Cambridge, Ontario, a postcard showing Main Street in Edrans which was given to Moffatt by Frances Lowe of Austin, Manitoba, certificate inducting his mother Kate Moffatt into the Manitoba Order of the Crocus. Includes black and white photographs of Brookdale thrashing unit (1907), old-time reunion in Carberry (1927), and Firdale School students and teachers (ca. 1900). The detailed family history begins in 1799 and refers to Ontario and Scottish historical roots. Material on Edrans School includes 3 black and white photographs of the old and new schools. Also includes minutes and financial statements of the Firdale Ball Club (1931-1935).

Fonds consists of photographs of Deer Range School: one black and white (1970), one colour (1992), and a school history. History describes Deer Range School #922 as being founded in 1898 to provide educational services to children of the Deer Range district of Manitoba up to Grade Nine. It was closed to students in 1959 when declining enrollment prompted children to be sent to schools in Edrans and Firdale, Manitoba, and dissolved in 1966. Family history lists significant dates for members, beginning with Lucretia Martha (Seaman) Smith.

Fonds consists of news clippings chronicling special events, obituaries, the Presbyterian Church, the hospital, and other details about Carberry, and include a number of articles by local writer Penny Ham. Photographs depict the British Commonwealth Air Force stationed in Carberry (1940-1945) and Carberry School (1927-1928). Correspondence from Robert Hood in 1933 and 1943 describes his character and bequests. Includes bulletins and programmes of the local C. G. I. T. events.

Crich, Beryl and Chester Crich, Carberry cenotaph, Carberry School, businesses and buildings in Carberry, as well as parades, Carnival (1948), train accident (1953), airplanes at Carberry airbase, hockey team (1947-48), Crich's bakery, the British Commonwealth Airforce Training Station #33, Carberry Fair (1947, 1958), Spears Ranch, agriculture, aerial views of Carberry, Clear Lake and Gimli, Manitoba, Spruce Woods Provincial Park. Also includes Alf's garage (1938).

Textual material consists of stationary of Crich's bakery, bakery menu signed by RCAF (1940), tribute to Chester Crich (1963), poem by Ron Clarke written about local people in Carberry (1959), clipping when bake shop was sold to Dirk Appel, letter written by Vera M. Davidson to John G. Crich (1959), calling card of Mrs. Chester Crich, "Wartime Souvenir of Carberry" (1942) of Beryl Crich. Slides cover holidays across Canada and in U.S.A., and local events and people. Of special interest are photographs of the Devil's Punch Bowl in Spruce Woods Provincial Park (1929).
