Fonds consists of photographs of Deer Range School: one black and white (1970), one colour (1992), and a school history. It was closed to students in 1959 when declining enrollment prompted children to be sent to schools in Edrans and Firdale, Manitoba, and dissolved in 1966. Family history lists significant dates for members, beginning with Lucretia Martha (Seaman) Smith.
