The collection contains photographs of buildings, streets and parks in the City of Brandon. Included are images of the Prince Edward Hotel, Hotel Cecil, Brandon College, Brandon Collegiate, Central Fire Station, Normal School, court house, Stanley Park, and the Provincial Exhibition Park entrance. Also included are photographs of Rosser Avenue and 10th Street in Brandon and the Leitch farm near Alexander, Manitoba.

The collection reflects Ada Janet Ross’ nursing career and wartime experience from her nursing training, through to her death and posthumous honours. The records document her time at the Winnipeg General Hospital School of Nursing, the Women’s Hospital in New York, the Selkirk Hospital, as well as her affiliations with the Manitoba Association of Registered Nurses, the Nursing Sisters, and the Canadian Army Medical Corps. The collection consists of certificates, programmes, forms, correspondence, photographs, postcards and artefacts which have been arranged into seven series.

The Pension Scrapbook was a newsletter published by Air Canada that was devoted to the effective development and administration of pension plans. The newsletter ceased publication in 1978.
The collection consists of chronologically bound copies of the Pension Scrapbook newsletters published by Air Canada between 1959 and 1978.
The collection is comprised primarily of photographs from the early Brandon Hills farming community. These photographs include Rev. George Roddick’s farm, Henry Dunbar’s threshing outfit, Robert Dunbar, and a school house. The collection also includes a photograph of the 1st Battalion Canadian Mounted Rifles from the First World War.
This collection primarily contains photographs of Brandon, Manitoba during the early 1920s. Photographs include the 10 Mile Dam, Brandon’s 1922 flood, parade floats, and the Winter Fair Building fire of 1920.
The prints concern various subjects in Brandon, Manitoba c. 1911-12 including Brandon residences, store fronts, streetscapes, and rail yards in the city. These images provide a visual record of Brandon in the years just before the Great War.
The collection reflects Alfreda Jean Attrill’s education, nursing career, war service, her affiliation with the St. John’s Ambulance Association, and her genealogy. The series is arranged into nine series and covers events from her early life to her death through awards, certificates, memoirs, family histories, correspondence, articles, programs, diaries, invitations, publications and prayers.

The collection consists of a booklet titled Wandering in Wattsview, Wattsview History 1879-1967. The book contains maps, biographical information, general history of the community, family histories and photographs. It was put together and published by the Wattsview Centennial Club Committee. The fonds also includes an audio tape of the reminiscences of Mrs. Butcher, who was a resident of Wattsview. It was recorded by her son, John Butcher on December 26, 1966. The recording also contains information about Fort Ellice. The audio tape is located at TC 82.
